The percentage in each 2h-12h column is the trailing window - how far the stock has moved in the last 2, 3, 6, 9 or 12 hours. That is the screener signal, and what the sorting uses.
The figure beneath it answers a different question: one stake, entered 12 trading hours ago, and held. Read left to right it is a single position's story - what your money was worth 2 hours in, 3 hours in, and so on to the 12-hour mark. Measured in trading hours, so the overnight gap does not blank it out; that means it can reach further back in clock time than the 12h window above it.
